McLaren were appointed by Frogmore to construct, on a design-build basis this prestigious mixed use, commercial development at Crossways Business Park.
The scheme consists principally of eleven 2 and 3 storey Office Blocks designed to a high specification. Further, the project also includes 24 commercial units, all in keeping with the aesethics of the local environment.
The facades and envelope to the office blocks consist of multiple finishes to include Red Cedar Timber cladding, bespoke curtain walling and clad spandrel panels. The high specification internal office fit-out consists of 4 passenger lifts, bespoke reception areas and raised access flooring in addition to a full mechanical and electrical installation.
Likewise, the scheme also required the extensive co-ordination of a number of high value existing main services including ESSO fuel lines, work along the Network Rail embankments and also Section 104 Agreements. This was in addition to the construction of timber crib and Geolock feature retaining walls.
