McLaren were appointed by ASDA to design and build new head offices and an administration centre for George, the clothing division of ASDA.

The new premises provide 70,000 sq ft of office space and include a feature atrium and high specification finishes.  The façade includes a combination of reglit glazing, curtain walling, feature panelling and timber bris soleil.  Solar panels and rainwater harvesting are examples of a number of initiatives that were included to meet a BREEAM Very Good rating.  The structure includes RC foundations on stabilised ground with a steel frame.

The scheme also included significant 278 Works to remodel the existing road network and introduce a new roundabout.
