McLaren Construction has recently completed a distinctive 220,150 sq ft industrial building with 20,000 sq ft of Cat A. offices located close to Coventry City Centre and junction 3 of the M6 Motorway.

The £6.37m project was delivered in 32 weeks and comprises of structural steel frame, 6 level access doors and 22 loading bays with dock levelers.

A 3 storey prestigious office fronts the building, utilising raised floors, hardwood finishes and state of the art lighting. Built to Category A the offices also have full air conditioning and many environmental features.

The project was developed with the environment in mind incorporating the following enhancements:- Carbon neutral wall and roof cladding system, motorised external blinds to the office elevations, solar hot water heating to the office toilets, recycled 'grey' rainwater for toilet flushing, spray mixer taps and dual flush toilets, digital metering to the incoming services, segregated waste and recycling stations, heat recovery to the ventilation system and energy efficient lamps (PIR controlled).
