This is the third such scheme that McLaren have completed for Exton Estates involving the construction of Business Units totaling some 100,000 sq. feet.

Built on yet another brown-field site the scheme required piling to the foundations following a process of remediation and stabilisation.  The main warehouse areas have power-floated structural slabs and are surrounded by full height perimeter and divisional block-walling to a height of 5 metres. A composite/built up cladding system had been utilised and the main entrances were included within the structural curtain walling.  Ribbon windows were also installed within the clad elevations.  The offices and amenity areas provided all the usual facilities, in this type of commercial scheme.

Externally the scheme had extensive areas of hard landscaping, including block pacing to the service areas and car parks, with tarmac to the access roads.  Soft landscaping was also included within the £7m project.
