This major commercial project is a flagship scheme, demonstrating the integration between the public and private sectors. Initiated as part of the 2012 Olympics, Relocation Programme the scheme measures some 580K ft², accommodating local business in 8 blocks, consisting of 27 units.

Construction issues were complex, the site being the former home of Beckton gas works. Needless to say a major remediation scheme was undertaken prior to the commencement of the 52 week build programme. The project embraced major sustainability issues including rain water harvesting, solar panels, photo-voltaic cells and ground-source heating. In total the scheme fully complements the regeneration of this part of East London and is very much a landmark project.
