This major Leisure complex was a further continuation of our long established and highly successfulrelationship with Land Securities. The scheme in fact adjoined another of our completed projects,The Westwood Retail Park.

The project itself was delivered ahead of programme and comprised of a 10 screen - auditorium stylecinema, casino, bingo hall and a selection of restaurants including ASK, Nando's, Chiquittos andFrankie and Benny's. Infrastructure to the scheme included extensive areas of hard and softlandscaping as well as road access to the service yards and public car parks.

The principal buildings were predominantly steel framed structures with their respective envelopesbeing enclosed with composite cladding and brickwork, with feature curtain walling to the mainelevations. The restaurants have their own unique identities with an array of either cedar or oakpergolas with masonry facades and profiled feature parapet walls.
