This project incorporates the following initiatives:

• Solar heated hot water to meet the base domestic hot water requirements.
• Rain water harvesting for grey water supplies to wc's and urinals.
• Air to water heat pumps provide high efficiency heating and cooling to all areas.
• Energy efficient light fittings to all office areas.
• High efficiency condensing boilers.
• Ground source heat pumps utilising 100m deep boreholes in conjunction with a water to water heat pump.
• Lagoon heat exchanger provides an additional heat/coolth bank.
