Construction of a Design & Build 68,000m Distribution Centre comprising two new warehouses including air conditioning and hazardous goods storage facilities, with warehouse access provided by 62 sealed docks.
Additional facilities include extensive landscaping, offices, and ancillary storage and service areas.
The project programme is 8 months overall but with early tenant access in week 29 of the overall site duration. Lead-in and initial approvals were managed within one month thereby providing tenant access within 33 weeks of initial contract award.
Design and Supply is sourced internationally across four continents, and includes locally pre-engineered steel frames, and FM2 ‘Special’ standard floor slabs.
