McLaren hands over Asda store, Leigh and secures Gold Handover award
McLaren have successfully completed a refurbishment and extension project at the Asda store in Leigh, Lancashire. The scheme was completed both within budget and a programme of 16 weeks duration.
Our delivery included a completely new refrigeration installation, a delicatessen and extensive fresh food points of sale. New ceilings and lighting throughout also complemented a new extension to accommodate major welfare facilities for colleagues, as well as offices for security and administration staff. McLaren were able to provide Asda with not only 24 hr working, but also a programme that facilitated an extensive number of partial possessions to a live trading store.
In recognition of our successful handover and the effective
measurement of our processes and procedures, utilising a K.P.I.
format, we were presented with Asda's prestigious Gold Handover
award.
